My goal for building this Free website is to take some of the guesswork out of building a bigger and stronger physique and show you how to get stronger and gain muscle weight without confusion.

Muscle building is a pretty straightforward process if you’re committed to the actual process itself by following a structured weight training and nutrition regiment.

Having been a natural bodybuilder for almost 10 years, and a certified personal trainer for 4 years, I've seen countless trainees make simple mistakes in their training program that held their progress back enormously.

Due to the overwhelming amount of “noise” that surrounds the multi-billion dollar muscle building and fitness industry, many trainees end up wasting both their time and money on ineffective training methods and over-hyped supplements that lack sufficient research.

With so much contradicting muscle building information on the internet, in books and in magazines, it’s no wonder that more than half of all trainees fail to achieve their muscle building goals and end up quitting within their first year of training.

On this website, you'll find free articles on training, nutrition and supplements that are time-tested and scientifically proven to help you increase muscle mass and strength.

But you might be asking yourself... "Can't I just read a bodybuilding magazine?"

You could read a bodybuilding magazine (I still do occasionally, but only for entertainment). However, you'll find more supplement articles (and advertisements) than actual usable information inside of a muscle magazine.

What’s even worse is that most of the training routines and diet programs in bodybuilding magazines are designed for genetically gifted individuals and professional bodybuilders who use anabolic steroids, growth hormone and other performance enhancing drugs which dramatically increase muscle size, strength and training recovery.

Thus if you have average or below average genetics and you’re not on performance enhancing drugs, a bodybuilding magazine is quite possibly the worst resource to gather training and nutrition advice from.

Maybe you’re in the same shoes now than I was in not too long ago. A few short years ago, I was absolutely clueless on how to effectively go about building my physique and getting bigger and stronger.

I copied what the huge freaky pros were doing in muscle magazines and wondered why I was not seeing results. I didn't know weather I should do high reps or low reps, how many sets I should do, or what exactly I should eat in order to build muscle mass.

I didn't know which supplements I should take or weather I should take any at all. Eventually, after months of seeing very little progress, I figured out the mass building process.

Fast forward a few years and I built this website to give you solid and straightforward information. Here, you’ll find out how to effectively build muscle mass and achieve your physique goals without using potentially dangerous performance enhancing drugs and without wasting money on unproven dietary supplements.

"Sounds great, but who are you and how can you help me build muscle?"

My name is Adi Crnalic.

Although I did play sports as a kid and teenager, I was somewhat thin and "weak" in those days. I was what you'd call a "hardgainer".

I could literally eat all day long and I hardly ever gained a single pound of muscle or fat.

It was not until my freshman year of high school that I got tired of being small and weak, so I decided to do something about it by taking a weight training class, and as the saying goes - The rest was history.

In 2007, I entered my first bodybuilding competition and placed 2nd in my division. In 2008, I won the tall class at the INBF Natural Atlantic Coast Bodybuilding Championships and I've placed inside the top 3 at every bodybuilding competition that I've competed in so far

Shortly after winning my second contest, I got certified as a personal trainer and nutritionist. I've since written countless muscle building training and nutrition articles on some of the most popular sites on the web. I also publish a Free online newsletter called "The VIP Muscle Building Newsletter" which to date has more than 7,000 subscribers.

Below are 5 quick tips to help you build muscle mass:

1. Eat, eat, and then eat some more! In order to build muscle mass, you’ll have to eat plenty of quality muscle building foods.

2. You can’t just eat two or three times a day either, in order to build muscle, you should eat 5 to 7 meals every day.

3. In order to build muscle mass and strength fast, you must eat more calories than you burn every single day.

4. Train heavy and intensely. Get used to lifting heavy weights, because in order to build muscle mass, you simply must lift heavy weights.

5. Train using compound free weight exercises. No other movements will build muscle mass faster than multi-joint, compound exercises. Compound free-weight exercises include Squats, Bench Press and Deadlifts.
